Hi. I would like to express my disappointment in, first of all, delivery time. The span of time was 10 to 14. Flowers were delivered after 1400. Second. I realize that the bouquet might differ from what's on the picture, but totally?? I will send a separate email comparing two bouquets - one from website and one from the fact. Overall, the florist job was good - thank you. My mom loved it. But I wanted a colorful mix of flowers and got a white bouquet with a piece of orchid. I don't think I'll use your services again. Thanks
